We are looking to build a role with an experienced sales professional who is looking for work flexibility and enjoys connecting communities via local outreach, events, and partnerships.
Support We Provide

A monthly budget to work with for events and marketing initiatives.
Access to our Social Media Manager/Executive Assistant to build campaigns, digital and print designs, and offload a portion of your admin work.
Ability to onboard your own local ambassadors to support your on the ground initiatives and further stretch your impact.

Ideally You Will
Live within a 5 mile radius of Cambridge/Somerville, Massachusetts.
Have 5+ years experience working in sales
Have 3+ years experience with fitness business and/or brand development with an emphasis on customer relations, acquisition, and retention.
Be experienced with data and business-driven marketing strategy and planning.
Love people, connecting communities, and and interested in growing your role to fit your needs in tandem with those of the business.
Be established in your ideal work style so we can set expectations with our joint work rhythm.
