home improvement/building materials industry , entering a new expansion phase across key U.S. markets, including
Northern California and Texas .
Overview We are hiring
two Regional Managers
to lead market development, revenue growth, and regional execution. For strong candidates, this role may also
combine Business Development Manager responsibilities . This is a
hands-on leadership role , ideal for operators who can both build markets and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth: Lead market entry and expansion for the assigned region.
Build regional presence with builders, contractors, developers, and strategic partners.
Own regional sales targets, pipeline, and growth KPIs.
Business Development (if applicable)
Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial and residential accounts.
Develop long-term client and partner relationships.
Support deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation.
Regional Leadership & Execution
Act as the regional business lead and market owner.
Coordinate closely with headquarters across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Design.
Ensure consistent service quality, brand standards, and operational discipline.
Reporting & Governance
Provide clear performance reporting to executive leadership.
Forecast revenue, pipeline health, and market risks.
Operate within defined approval, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Qualifications Required
5+ years of experience in
regional management, sales leadership, or business development .
Experience in
construction, cabinets, home improvement, or building materials
is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of
opening or scaling new markets .
Strong ownership mindset with both strategic and execution capability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred
Multi-city or multi-state territory management experience.
Experience in fast-growing or family-owned companies.
Ability to operate in ambiguous, growth-stage environments.
