Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and proactive
Real Estate Field Operations Coordinator
to manage day-to-day field activities across multiple properties in Houston, TX. This role involves coordinating with contractors, overseeing on-site work, and handling contractor pickup and drop-offs to ensure smooth property operations.
The ideal candidate will be organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in the field while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage contractors working on real estate properties
Pick up and drop off contractors at designated locations and properties
Ensure contractors reach job sites on time and complete assigned tasks
Supervise on-site activities and monitor work progress
Act as the point of contact between contractors, property owners, and management
Assist with scheduling contractor visits and daily work plans
Conduct basic site inspections and report issues or delays
Ensure safety guidelines and property rules are followed
Maintain daily logs, attendance, and basic reports
Support property maintenance, renovations, and turnover activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in real estate operations, field coordination, or contractor management is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable with frequent travel between properties
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple contractors and tasks simultaneously
Basic knowledge of property maintenance or construction work is an advantage
Physically able to handle field-based work
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
