
Almina Concept is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Influencer / Social Media : Own daily monitoring of all UGC content and response of direct messages, comments, and mentions across major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Manage influencer outreach/giftings building a strong almina concept community.
Strategic Development : Provide support in executing e-commerce strategies to boost website traffic, enhance user experience, and increase conversions and revenue goals.
Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the team and Brand Manager to develop promotions, SEO strategies, email campaigns/content, and social media content. Lead eCommerce development projects and collaborate with external resources and vendors.
Analytics & Reporting : Monitor web analytics, analyze website and campaign performance, and make data‑driven recommendations for improvement. Reports all key metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Affiliate Marketing : Own and execute all affiliate marketing channels to increase conversion and revenue.
Product Catalog : Work closely with the team to update the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date product information. Manage flatlay photoshoot.
PR : Work closely with the PR team to drive initiatives.
CRM : Manage day‑to‑day customer service, and troubleshooting. Enhance user experience to make it intuitive and engaging.
Customer Support : Oversee and develop customer support processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Samples : Manage, steam and organize all In‑House samples. Send samples to all respective teams in a timely manner.
Industry Awareness : Stay updated on emerging e‑commerce trends and best practices, particularly those specific to the Shopify platform.
Events : Help drive brand awareness and execute marketing initiatives to all Almina Concept Events. Pop‑ups, IRL and PR events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, with a focus on Shopify.
Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, as well as strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
In‑depth understanding of e‑commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Proven ability to organize and present e‑commerce data effectively to support decision‑making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across organizational boundaries. Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe programs, and editing platforms to create emails and social media content.
Track record of delivering results and making impactful decisions.
Strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills.
Expertise in current e‑commerce industry best practices.
Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self‑starter and entrepreneurial spirit with a hands‑on approach.
Schedule Monday to Friday 9:30 am‑5:30 pm
