We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
to lead the execution of marketing programs, manage partnerships and promotions, and help bring structure to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
turning ideas into action , managing multiple initiatives at once, and staying effective when things are not perfectly defined. While execution is the primary focus, we value creative thinking and expect this person to contribute ideas and improvements based on experience.
What You’ll Do
Execute marketing programs from planning through delivery
Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional coordination
Own marketing-related partnerships and promotional deals
Negotiate with vendors and external partners
Collaborate on creative direction and contribute ideas
Keep leadership informed with clear updates and insights
Who You Are
Organized, pragmatic, and action-oriented
Comfortable managing complexity and shifting priorities
Confident working with vendors, partners, and leadership
Able to balance structure with adaptability
Experienced enough to make recommendations, not just follow instructions
Qualifications
Experience in marketing management, operations, or partnerships
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience negotiating and managing external relationships
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
