
Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Hardware Lab Technician for an Enterprise Tech Client.
Main Responsibility:
Collaborate with internal legal teams, commercial legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to review and enhance contractual language related to information security, data protection, and architecture.
Analyze and assess the implications of proposed contractual terms on security posture and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
Stay current on companies architecture, industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to information security and contractual agreements.
Navigating Ambiguity:
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment, adapting strategies as needed to address emerging challenges and opportunities. Job Title: Security Contract Analyst Duration: 10 Months Contract Hybrid/Remote: Remote Skills: Experience in leveraging or experience in critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 5+ years of Information Security Expertise:
Proven track record of applying information security principles to contractual language within a corporate setting. 4+ years of relevant Legal Experience:
Experience working in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company, with a focus on technology contracts and information security. Comprehensive Understanding of Enterprise IT Industry:
In-depth knowledge of the enterprise IT landscape, including SaaS and cloud computing areas, and their associated security implications. Team Collaboration and Information Sharing:
Strong inclination towards teamwork and sharing of information to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Self-Starter with Goal-Oriented Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to independently manage priorities, set goals, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and occasionally ambiguous environment. Excellent Communication Skills:
Proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant certifications in information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position depends on experience.
