We are seeking a versatile
Sales and Marketing Analyst
to support the performance, execution, and optimization of our sales and marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, CRM administration, sales enablement, and content coordination—providing critical insights while also supporting the day-to-day needs of a fast-moving sales organization.
This is not a purely analytical role. The
Sales and Marketing Analyst
will combine data-driven thinking with hands‑on execution, supporting sales teams through HubSpot optimization, performance reporting, market insights, and polished customer‑facing materials.
Responsibilities CRM Administration & Sales Operations
Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting to support efficient sales prospecting and pipeline management.
Create and manage sales dashboards and reports to track performance, conversion, and funnel health.
Maintain CRM data hygiene and integrity across contacts, companies, and deals.
Support pipeline creation, lead scoring, and conversion tracking within HubSpot.
Conduct detailed lead and account research, enriching records with supplier, company, and market information.
Train and support sales team members on CRM usage and best practices.
Maintain relationships with HubSpot account representatives and support platform optimization.
Sales Enablement & Presentation Support
Customize sales decks and presentations with prospect- and customer-specific branding.
Maintain a centralized library of polished slides and reusable presentation assets.
Create and maintain sales enablement materials including sell sheets, pitch decks, and category insights.
Ensure sales materials remain accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
Track consumer trends, emerging flavors, and product innovations relevant to the business.
Monitor competitive positioning, pricing, and sales performance across key categories.
Surface insights and trends that inform sales and marketing strategies.
Content & Internal Communication
Write, manage, and distribute company newsletter content.
Support internal communication efforts tied to sales initiatives, launches, and performance updates.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to ensure messaging clarity and consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing support, analytics, or a similar hybrid role.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, and automations.
Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and context‑switch in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Experience supporting sales teams with presentations and customer‑facing materials.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
HubSpot certification (Marketing, Sales, or Operations Hub).
Experience in B2B food, ingredient, or CPG industries.
Background in market research, trend analysis, or competitive intelligence.
Newsletter writing or content development experience.
Light creative design experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
