Qualifications: Experience working in a marketplace environment, specifically with German sellers Background in Business Development, including recruiting sellers to the platform Hands‑on experience managing operations, onboarding and performance on major marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Allegro or other B2C marketplaces) Good communication skills in English at a minimum B2 level (spoken and written) Fluent written and spoken German Strong understanding of web and e‑commerce terminology Experience with Mirakl, Salesforce or other marketplace platforms Understanding of marketplace commercial models Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel / CSV Experience in a support or partner‑relationship environment Highly organized and results‑oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills What we offer.
