Producer
to join an amazing team and company. You’ll work closely with the Production Team and executives in marketing, recruiting and technology to produce on-brand, multi-channel culture pieces, sizzle reels, interview videos and more.
Rate offers a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects. From national consumer-facing campaigns and weekly internal updates to social media postings.
Role Overview Responsible for production operations, leading end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery across multiple production formats and locations. Supports the development and delivery of future production concepts while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end production for various locations (studio, outdoor, out-of-state), overseeing pre-production logistics, execution, and post-production.
Rollout and produce future shoot concepts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Develop and support creative concepting and planning
Create and manage estimates, budgets, track spend, and report on costs.
Source, manage, and coordinate vendors, locations, permits, equipment, and external partners.
Assist with production calendar, reporting, and tracking.
Serve as the primary point of contact for production logistics, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making during shoots.
Work closely with the Production Team to ensure seamless, high-quality content creation
Support the development of production infrastructure and team structure as projects and volume grow
Oversee day-to-day production operations and workflows, coordinating and delegating to junior production staff as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of Producer or Senior Production Manager experience and proven track record in video or related media production
Experience with production financial management and shooting on location
Exceptional organizational skills
Creativity, resilience, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail
Ability to translate creative ideas into executable production plans
Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
