We are looking for a results-driven

Marketing Specialist

to execute and manage a wide range of marketing initiatives that generate leads and build brand awareness for our educational software products serving the K‑5 market. This role requires a versatile marketer who can successfully manage both digital and traditional campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive impact.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position based at our headquarters in Torrance, CA, offering the opportunity to work closely with internal teams in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

This role requires a Japanese/English bilingual speaker.

Responsibilities Campaign & Strategy Execution

Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (B2C and B2B) targeting Teachers, Education Leaders, and Parents within the K‑5 education market.

Drive lead generation initiatives through various channels, focusing on securing qualified prospects for the sales team.

Support strategic efforts in the development of market messaging and product positioning.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Execute data‑driven Email Marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, deployment, and performance analysis.

Manage and maintain corporate Social Media Marketing channels, focusing on engagement and lead conversion.

Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website performance, campaign effectiveness, and user behavior, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Coordinate with internal/external teams on website updates and Web Services to ensure marketing alignment.

Traditional & Outreach Marketing

Assist in the planning and execution of focused Telemarketing campaigns to support sales and lead nurturing efforts.

Develop materials and strategies tailored for both business‑to‑consumer (B2C) and business‑to‑business (B2B) audiences in the K‑5 education space.

Qualifications

Japanese/English speaking.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2‑5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or education sector.

Proven experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Hands‑on experience with SEO tools and best practices.

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot).

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Google Analytics for reporting and optimization.

Strong understanding of social media platform mechanics and advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign content and internal reporting.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
