In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and executing various corporate events across EMEA, collaborating closely with internal teams to align events with strategic business goals. Your expertise will drive the planning and logistics, ensuring successful engagement and brand representation. Accountabilities

Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of events across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing to support demand-generation events, adapting to local market needs.

Lead logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, and on-site execution.

Coordinate event timelines and keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Manage event registration, attendance tracking, and post-event reporting.

Oversee event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Analyze event performance metrics and recommend improvements for future programs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners, providing insights and executional expertise.

Collaborate with Sales on audience strategy and follow-up motions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing.

Proven experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external agencies.

Strong understanding of execution and strategic context.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver, adaptable to changes.

Ability to travel up to 30%.
