We’re looking for a

Copywriter

who understands how to write for video, attention spans, and performance—not just words on a page.

About the Role The Copywriter is responsible for writing compelling, clear, and engaging video scripts for organic content and paid advertisements across the Meta Platform, including Instagram and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities Scriptwriting

Write short-form video scripts for both organic content and paid ads.

Develop strong hooks, clear messaging, and compelling calls-to-action.

Adapt tone and style to match each client’s brand voice and audience.

Write scripts optimized for retention, engagement, and conversions.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm video concepts and content angles.

Translate marketing objectives into creative ideas and script formats.

Iterate on scripts based on performance data and feedback.

Client & Internal Collaboration

Revise scripts based on internal and client feedback.

Participate in creative planning calls when needed to align on messaging and direction.

Ensure scripts are delivered on schedule and ready for production timelines.

Research & Messaging

Research client brands, offers, and competitors to write relevant and persuasive messaging.

Stay current on short-form video trends, ad formats, and platform best practices.

Identify patterns in high-performing ads and content to inform future scripts.

Qualifications

2+ years of copywriting experience (marketing, ads, or content preferred).

Strong understanding of direct response principles and audience psychology.

Experience writing for short-form video, ads, or social media content is highly preferred.

Ability to write clear, concise, conversational scripts that sound natural when spoken.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.

What Success Looks Like

Scripts are clear, engaging, and easy for clients to deliver on camera.

Content produced from your scripts performs well in engagement and conversion metrics.

Revisions are minimal because messaging is strong and aligned upfront.

Production teams consistently receive scripts on time and ready to shoot.

Nice to Have

Experience writing UGC-style scripts or creator briefs.

Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Shorts creative styles.

Experience in a marketing agency or content production environment.
