Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Benefits in a Card and our staffing firm clients. You’ll take ownership of client relationships from the moment a deal is closed, guiding new clients through implementation, enrollment, and ongoing support.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients succeed. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and long-term satisfaction.
Your responsibilities would include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of staffing firm clients from onboarding through long-term partnership
Lead new client implementation kickoffs, including setup, enrollment guidance, and onboarding support
Guide clients through employee enrollment processes using the Benefits in a Card benefits wizard
Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers through regular check-ins, renewals, and ongoing support
Coordinate with internal teams (Implementation, Call Center/Customer Service, IT) to resolve issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Provide client feedback and insights to help improve services and optimize the overall client experience
Required experience to be considered include:
3+ years of experience in account management or a client-facing role where you were responsible for client success
Experience in the staffing industry and/or benefits administration is a strong plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Experience with renewals, quoting, open enrollment planning, and carrier/vendor coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Willingness to attend client meetings on-site or virtually
Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and adapt in a growing organization
