Position Overview
The
Group and Corporate Event Sales Manager
plays a key role in helping prospective students, corporate clients, and motorsports enthusiasts experience everything Radford has to offer. The
Group and Corporate Event Sales Manager
should have strengths in relationship building, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques to match clients with the right programs—whether that’s a high-performance driving course, corporate event, group experience, or private training. If you thrive in a fast-paced motorsports environment, love talking cars and racing, and excel in sales, this is the perfect opportunity. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Radford Racing School programs, packages, and experiences to individuals, groups, and corporate clients. Manage outbound leads via phone, email, and prospect reports. Provide knowledgeable, enthusiastic guidance on course options, schedules, and pricing. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and returning students. Sell and manage corporate event bookings, custom group experiences, and VIP clients. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-up communication. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Attend events, tradeshows, and promotions as a brand representative. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Assist the motorsport events team with weekend events. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, guest services, or customer-facing roles (motorsports, automotive, luxury brand, or hospitality industry preferred). Strong communication skills with a confident, enthusiastic personality. Passion for motorsports, performance driving, racing culture, or automotive brands. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Previous experience in event management, hospitality, and group sales preferred. CRM experience preferred. Weekend availability required (based on school schedule). Working Conditions
Must be able to work outdoors in most weather conditions. Noise level during certain events may be moderate to high in some cases. Must be flexible as weekends, evenings, holiday shifts, and overtime may be part of the work schedule. What We Offer
