Select CRE venues host curated events that align with our mission, brand standards, and operating philosophy.
The Role The Event Sales & Venue Experience Manager is responsible for selling select CRE event spaces in Tech Square / Midtown Atlanta and stewarding the client relationship from initial inquiry through post‑event load‑out.
This role serves as the primary venue representative, ensuring clarity, readiness, and on‑site oversight while maintaining clear boundaries between venue support and event production.
This is a relationship‑driven, operations‑oriented role focused on venue stewardship, expectation‑setting, and executional oversight, not hands‑on event planning or vendor management.

Space capabilities, restrictions, and policies
Coordinate and schedule site visits as needed
Collect and review required venue documentation (COIs, floor plans, timelines)
Confirm room layouts and space usage in alignment with venue standards
Clients and event hosts are responsible for vendor coordination, event programming, and production execution.

Enforce venue policies and protect the integrity of the space
Post‑Event Walkthrough & Space Reset
Conduct post‑event walkthroughs

Ensure space reset and readiness for the next scheduled use
Coordinate internal follow‑up related to venue condition as needed
What Success Looks Like

Strong client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple events and priorities
Confident setting clear boundaries and expectations
Calm, professional presence in live event environments
Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours
Nice to Have
Experience supporting multi‑use or high‑volume event venues
