In this role, you will:
Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open, effective communication
Ensure inventory is well-stocked to meet customer needs
Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications daily
Multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Collaborate as part of a growing, team-oriented environment
Troubleshoot and solve customer issues with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Support customers in alignment with our service standards and company policies
Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor at all times
Experience with manufacturing accounting and inventory systems is a plus!
We're looking for someone who has:
2+ years of customer support or customer service experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
A customer-first mindset and ability to build lasting rapport
Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail
A consistently positive and professional attitude
