Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a

Senior Trader

to join the

Programmatic Team,

part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people.

This is an exciting role, working in a fast-paced industry sector at the cutting edge of media technology and processes in order to deliver outstanding results for our clients. The Senior Programmatic Trader works within the Havas Programmatic team to actively manage & support the day-to-day trading of campaigns and drive innovation on accounts serviced by the platform.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that Havas Programmatic campaigns run smoothly and seamlessly from set up at briefing stage to invoicing and post-campaign analysis whilst also growing and sharing programmatic expertise across the team. The role reports to the local Programmatic Manager.

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

Use Havas Programmatic tools to effectively run and troubleshoot all steps of the programmatic campaign life-cycle

Own and manage the complete programmatic campaign life-cycle (hands-on execution and management across DSP’s, ensuring proper pacing and delivery)

Use advanced knowledge of all partner DSPs to pro-actively optimize DSP campaigns to achieve various client KPIs across various digital formats including, but not limited to display, video, CTV, YouTube

Generate advanced reporting and insights for client reports, QBRs and client presentations

Understand and achieve Havas Programmatic’s business goals through immediate & effective resolution of campaign issues, both performance and pacing

Effective communication of any campaign issues to team manager and leadership

Drive account growth through proactive suggestion & implementation innovation

Contribute to wider team initiatives by sharing knowledge, developing resources, and delivering training

Become primary mentor for Programmatic Traders; sharing knowledge of processes and trading best practices

Act, through both assignment and through example, as the first point-of-contact (FPOC) for Programmatic Trader's campaign troubleshooting

QA programmatic campaigns

Support strategy teams in day-to-day management and education of client teams

Maintain an active interest in the programmatic industry to drive discussion and technology adoption within the Havas Programmatic Team

Contribute to Havas Programmatic thought-leadership POVs through analyses of industry & partner developments

Identify areas of development in internal processes

Actively participate in the evaluation, selection, and usage of new features within the Havas Programmatic technology stack

WHAT YOU’LL NEED/SKILLS:

1.5+ years’ experience of the programmatic ecosystem, with hands-on management of campaigns within DSPs

Understanding of programmatic channels, data-driven targeting and optimization strategies

Experience with ad servers such as Campaign Manager

Advanced excel skills including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs and Pivot Tables
