Schedule:

On-site Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch + 2 Breaks

What you will do:

Analyze website and campaign performance using metrics such as traffic, conversions, revenue, and user behavior.

Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.

Set up, maintain, and optimize analytics and tracking tools.

Optimize website structure, content, and assets for SEO and user experience.

Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including paid ads, email campaigns, affiliate programs, and social media campaigns.

Develop and implement content and search marketing strategies.

Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve conversion rates.

Perform keyword research and analyze search trends to understand user intent.

Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to improve marketing strategies.

Manage reporting and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and performance across channels.

Support e-commerce optimization, including shopping cart experience and product visibility.

Assist with vendor and partner coordination, contract evaluation, and media placement.

Help implement online customer service and resolve product availability issues when needed.

What are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

3+ years of experience with tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush,

BrightEdge, Omniture, WebTrends, and similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and search engine algorithms.

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Sales- and results-driven mindset.

Up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.

Approachable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
