Title: Marketing Manager (Remote)
Type: Full time - Salaried exempt
Salary Range: $95k-$105k + Bonus
Location: Remote (U.S.) | Preferred: South Florida or Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area
The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to own and run the marketing engine—from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build a plan, ship weekly, and tie activity back to pipeline.
Core Responsibilities
Events: Plan and execute conferences, local events, sponsorships, and field activations (before/during/after follow-up)
Collateral + Sales Enablement + Swag: One-pagers, case studies, pitch support, leave-behinds, battlecards, client proof points, Swag
Website: Focus on view and functionality of our site
Brand Basics: Email signatures, templates, light design coordination, brand consistency across all touchpoints
Social + Content: Organic posting cadence (company + leadership), thought leadership support, simple content repurposing
ABM: Target account lists, persona messaging, plays by segment, coordination with Sales on outreach + follow-up
Drip Campaigns + Nurture: Build email sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle flows tied to specific offers (audit, pilot, events)
Inbound Lead Strategy: Website conversion, forms/CTAs, landing pages, lead routing, and “speed to lead” process
Marketing Strategy: Quarterly plan, messaging, campaign calendar, and KPIs that connect to meetings + pipeline
What Success Looks Like (Outcomes)
More qualified meetings created through events + campaigns
ABM plays generating engagement and sales conversations in target accounts
Sales team armed with collateral that shortens cycles and boosts close rates
Clear reporting on what’s working: MQL→SQL→Pipeline, CAC signals, and attribution basics
A consistent brand presence that makes WSS look credible, modern, and real
Who You Are
You can build strategy and you can execute (this isn’t a “deck-only” role)
Strong operator: organized, consistent, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
You write clearly, keep messaging simple, and can translate value into outcomes
You like working directly with Sales and aren’t afraid of accountability
You’re data-aware: dashboards don’t scare you, and you care about pipeline impact
Preferred Experience (Nice To Have)
Multifamily industry experience a plus (PMCs, owners/operators, prop-tech, services)
ABM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft or similar)
Event marketing experience in B2B services or a field-sales environment
Basic design competence (Canva/Figma) or strong ability to manage freelancers
Email campaign planning and execution
Content creation
Requirements
South Florida or Dallas–Fort Worth preferred; remote candidates considered
Ability to travel occasionally for events/conferences
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Ops, Leadership)
