Overview Your job as a Relationship Manager is a critical one at Procyon through supporting the advisory team in servicing clients households under $2M. This role is responsible for delivering a concierge level of service as the direct point of contact for Procyon’s smaller clients. You will directly oversee these relationships and work closely with their Financial Advisor on execution of plans. The expectation is to manage 200 households with expertise and care. The ability to adapt to ever changing priorities is important. The ideal candidate is personable and knowledgeable as well as service oriented. You are able effectively communicate information with confidence and work well within a team construct.

Qualifications

3 years of experience specifically in an RIA or other Wealth Management firm serving in a similar capacity

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or Financial Advisor

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) strongly preferred

Strong understanding of the investment markets and high net worth strategies

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Ability to meet IAR licensing requirements

Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description This position will be working under the direct supervision of Procyon’s Chief Revenue Officer, Harry Kirkpatrick. The Relationship Manager will support in the following ways:

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Proactively address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the client lifecycle.

Coordinate with the Investment team to deliver investment solutions to clients

Collaborate with the Financial Planning team to deliver financial plans to clients

Client Service

Delivering exceptional client service adhering to firm service standards

Conduct client reviews and log details in the CRM

Use the CRM system to coordinate with your assigned CSA to get client tasks completed

Manage client data and information accurately.

Collaborate with financial planners to gather client information and analyze financial needs.

Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial plans and presentations.

Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies.

Salary $100k + Bonus
