
Digital Marketing Specialist

Position summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for advertising and content deployment across all digital channels for all assigned KHS America brands. With a strong digital emphasis, this role collaborates closely with brand management as an advisor to ensure optimization of campaigns for KHS America and assigned brands and is fully responsible for implementation of digital strategies as well as tracking, measurement and reporting of this activity. Responsibilities also include content procurement and occasional market research projects. Essential functions and responsibilities
Manage existing and develop new digital communication channels to reach target audiences for assigned brands. Channels include (but are not limited to): social media platforms, display advertising, e-commerce pages, artist and influencer collaboration, and email marketing to retailers, educators, and consumers Collaborate with the Combo Business Unit Brand Managers, overseas partners, and the Creative/MarComm teams to develop effective digital campaign strategies and related tactics for all applicable digital marketing channels to engage and grow our online communities in support of our initiatives Execute approved digital marketing strategies within the scope of defined timeframes and budget Curate and cultivate digital content, choosing items to best feature to increase engagement with assigned KHSA brands’ social media platforms (including new content development, partner content sharing, sharing of Tutorial Informational content, etc.) Coordinate the development and distribution of consumer research surveys relating to brand and product positioning, customer segmentation and behaviors, market trends, and other consumer insights Monitor and report on marketing execution and Key Performance lndicators (KPls) relating to KHS America digital marketing activity for the purpose of evaluating effectiveness and prioritizing resources Offer insight into emerging significant metrics and collaborate with brand management and other team members in development of relevant reporting practices Coordinate development and delivery of planned publication ads, advertorial activity and press releases Communicate to KHS team members to activate and amplify social media reach Occasional onsite coordination of social media coverage of consumer or retail events, trade shows and clinics Maintain regular job attendance; days of work are Monday-Friday; hours of work 8-hour scheduled days; job my require additional work performed evenings and weekends Nonessential functions

Variable. Work is primarily conducted in a temperature-controlled office environment. Work is also conducted at trade shows/clinics and outside (example: football field) which means exposure to those environments. Work is conducted with varying lighting and noise levels. Occasionally, when required to travel, several hours per day may be spent operating a motor vehicle or traveling in an airplane. Performance standards

High School Diploma or state-approved high school equivalency diploma Successful professional work experience and/or related internship(s) Proven ability to execute email, Google ads, social ads, and other digital advertising campaigns ln-depth knowledge of key Social Media platforms and function of related algorithms to ensure maximum content visibility (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, lnstagram, TikTok, YouTube & Linkedln) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools (Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.) Up to date with trends and best practices in online marketing, funnel management and measurement Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) and to interact in a professional manner when dealing with team members in the USA, Taiwan, Germany, consultants, performing artists, educators, retailers, and consumers Ability to travel, either by motor vehicle or airplane, when required Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Advertising, Marketing, and/or Graphic/Multimedia Design or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of educational prerequisites Experience in managing multiple clients with simultaneous integrated marketing campaigns Proven work experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, graphic and multimedia design, advertising, and/or social media and other digital marketing platforms) Demonstrated strategic approach to content creation and review (ad headlines, promotional copy) Strong copy-writing skill (ad headlines, product copy, press and editorial copy) Experience in project management Experience with photography, video and audio recording/editing Experience in the Music Products industry or ability to play a musical instrument
