The Opportunity Join one of South Florida’s premier restoration firms. Born from a plumbing legacy with over
50 years of experience , we specialize in turning property disasters into peace of mind. As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a high-energy Sales & Estimating professional who can hunt for new business and manage the technical side of the restoration process.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct on-site inspections for water, fire, and mold damage. Build trust with property owners and clearly explain the restoration and insurance process.
Estimating & Documentation:
Create accurate estimates using company software, take detailed photos/measurements, and perform moisture readings.
Sales & Closing:
Present quotes, follow up on leads, and close projects to meet weekly and monthly targets.
Lead Generation:
Maximize company-provided inbound leads while actively prospecting through networking, realtor/property manager outreach, and community events.
Team Collaboration:
Maintain precise CRM records and coordinate with technicians for a seamless project handoff.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Sales Driven:
Proven background in in-home services (Restoration, Roofing, Solar, HVAC, or Pest Control preferred).
Communication:
Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate professionally under high-stress situations.
Technical Comfort:
Experience with estimates or home improvement inspections is a major plus.
Physical Ability:
Comfortable with light physical work, including climbing ladders and inspecting attics or crawlspaces.
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a valid driver’s license.
Competitive Base:
$16–$22/hr (or salary equivalent) depending on your level of experience.
Uncapped Commissions:
Performance-based structure with no ceiling on your earnings.
High Earning Potential:
Top performers in this role earn
$80K – $150K+ annually .
