
About the Role
NinjaOne is hiring a
Director, Channel Marketing Americas
to build and scale our channel marketing engine during a period of rapid growth. This is a senior leadership role for a proven builder who thrives in complexity, sets clear direction, and delivers measurable revenue impact through a diverse partner ecosystem. In this role, you will own channel marketing strategy and execution across resellers, distributors, and technology alliance partners in the Americas. You will design scalable programs that accelerate pipeline, revenue, and partner engagement, while partnering closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to align strategy, investment, and execution. This role requires strong executive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to develop and inspire a high‑performing team in a fast‑scaling SaaS environment where processes are evolving and clarity must be created.
Location We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX, or those willing to relocate unassisted who are able to work in the office 2 days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead Channel Marketing Strategy
Own the Americas channel marketing strategy, aligning programs to revenue goals, partner tiers, and go-to-market priorities
Build scalable frameworks, processes, and KPIs that enable consistent execution and measurable impact
Set clear priorities and make trade‑off decisions in alignment with business objectives and partner needs
Create structure, operating rhythms, and clarity in an environment where processes are evolving and not fully defined
Build and Develop a High‑Performing Team
Lead, mentor, and grow a channel marketing team through periods of rapid scale and change
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑trust team culture
Serve as a hands‑on leader who supports execution while maintaining strategic oversight
Drive Partner Programs and Engagement
Partner with Channel Enablement and Product Marketing to deliver partner programs, incentives, MDF utilization, and co‑marketing initiatives
Develop and execute partner communication strategies including newsletters, webinars, and program updates
Act as a key stakeholder in shaping the partner experience and driving executional excellence
Execute Revenue‑Driving Campaigns
Lead multi‑touch channel campaigns that drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and partner engagement
Oversee co‑branded marketing across digital, email, content, events, and webinars
Lead hands‑on partner engagement at Tier 1 industry events, including ancillary events, cross‑booth activations, and one‑to‑one partner meetings
Own regional channel events and partner‑focused moments including sales kickoffs, Partner Advisory Councils, summits, webinars, and trainings
Own Operations, Performance, and Optimization
Own the channel marketing operating cadence, including planning cycles, reporting, enablement readiness, and internal alignment
Manage the channel marketing calendar and Highspot presence to ensure timely communication and cross‑functional coordination
Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, Content, and Sales Operations to deliver channel‑ready messaging and assets
Analyze performance, ROI, and partner engagement to inform planning, budget allocation, and long‑term strategy
Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously evolve NinjaOne’s channel approach

About You
10+ years of channel marketing experience, including 4+ years of people leadership in a fast‑paced organization
Strong experience in SaaS and complex channel ecosystems
Deep, recent expertise across resellers, distributors, alliances, and MSPs
Proven ability to build and scale channel marketing foundations and operating models, not just optimize mature programs
Demonstrated success driving multiple, simultaneous, cross‑functional initiatives to completion
Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partners
Highly analytical, with experience measuring performance, reporting on pipeline impact, and uncovering risks and opportunities
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear, actionable plans
Knowledge of industry best practices and legal and ethical guidelines related to channel strategy and MDF programs
Proactive, responsive working style with a high bar for execution quality
Comfortable operating with urgency and structure in ambiguous, high‑growth environments
Passion for the channel and for building scalable processes that create meaningful value for partners
Industry experience in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, or endpoint management required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $185,000 per year.
