Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
Quote and sell policies
Follow up with prospects
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
The Commercial Lines Account Manager Team Lead oversees an team of approximately 5-15 Commercial Lines Account Managers, providing support and guidance to their work while ensuring that goals are met and professionalism is at the forefront of performance. Experience required includes both commercial insurance experience and staff leadership, though the leadership experience does not have to be in the insurance field.
This is a full-time, onsite leadership role which conducts sales support activities and oversees a team of up to 5-15 insurance account managers. The ideal candidate is one who seeks to be a front-line leader, with a compensation package commensurate to that role.
Well-qualified candidates will be considered for additional compensation.
Qualifications:
Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving commercial insurance sales support (the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience)
