
The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for driving sales by achieving sales goals, building and developing client relationships with existing and new clients. Reflect the brand image at all times in sales, personal appearance and guidelines set by the company. Able to work in and support a team environment. Provide an excellent customer experience with new and existing customers while maintaining brand standards. Ensure prompt follow up with client purchases, repairs, and inquiries. Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively. Maintain an active neat and organized client book proactively contacting clients and providing appropriate follow up on all sales or client requests.
Client Management and CRM Actively participate in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Increase new client database while maintaining existing relationships with loyal client base in order to promote customer loyalty. Manage personal CRM KPIs set by Retail Management, ensuring that the necessary customer data is collected to contribute to the CRM reporting and strategy. Support all in store marketing events.
Visual Follows visual merchandising practices and standards, ensuring that the store and the product image are aligned with the Central Visual guidelines for sales floor and window displays. In partnership with the Management Team and regional visual merchandising team, help support and execute merchandising guidelines, practices, and standards to ensure that the store windows, display, product and store image are in line with corporate and HQ guidelines.
Operations and Procedures Stays aware of all the company procedures, policies and guidelines; follow and execute direction given by leadership by deadline as necessary. Follow security, loss prevention and safety procedures by Company guidelines. Able to perform all aspects of daily duties including and not limited to opening/closing procedures, POS operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
Stock Support the store in the optimization of the stockroom in order to guarantee that the back of the house is designed and set up to support the front of the house efficiently. Ensure the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom and upheld to company standards at all times. Support all activities related to the daily closings, and inventory procedures based on the company guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Exceptional customer service and driving sales in a high-end retail environment. Thorough knowledge of the products and brands offered. Knowledge of sales and marketing and how to promote and sell luxury products or services. Frequent interaction with customers and team members as required in the role.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and climb as needed for stocking. Climbing a ladder may be required. Push and pull racks or merchandise as needed. Capable of lifting to 50 lbs. Ability to work around strong smells and fragrance, perfume is a product sold. Uninterrupted standing for extended periods of time. Excellent listening and communication skills. Exposure to bright lights Go up and down the stairs, the store does not have an elevator: it has the stockroom on the lower level, selling floor on first floor, another selling floor on the mezzanine Try on different clothing in order to learn the fits and styles to be able to instruct the clients
Other Requirements Availability:
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed. Uniforms:
