In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands face-to-face in a retail setting, engage customers through high-energy conversations, and close sales by educating customers on products and promotions. This position is ideal for former athletes or individuals with a competitive mindset who enjoy performance-based success, teamwork, and personal growth. No sales experience is required — we provide paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop strong communication, leadership, and closing skills. What You’ll Do Engage customers with confidence and energy, creating a positive in-store experience. Represent and promote brand products through face-to-face interactions. Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions. Support daily sales operations and team objectives. Build strong product knowledge to confidently educate customers.
