Pinnacle Search is working with a high-end mattress manufacturer to identify Sales Trainers for the Westchester, NY area! This person will travel to different retail locations in their territory to train Salespeople on what makes their products so extraordinary. The right person will have hands‑on mattress retail experience and the charisma to lead sales teams in delivering exceptional service to their customers. Duties
Traveling to 50-100 stores per territory to deliver hands‑on sales training in mattress retail locations
Serving as subject matter expert on product specs and selling points for their mattresses and what sets them apart from other brands in the store
Rolling out new product lines to retailers, including providing them with marketing collateral, conducting sales training, and working with leadership to create sales curriculum
Experience Required
Experience selling mattresses in a retail establishment OR experience serving as a Manufacturing Rep for a mattress brand
Demonstrated ability to train others and an enthusiasm for coaching
Ability to learn specifics on product specs and what the manufacturer does differently from others in the industry
Willingness to tailor training to meet the needs of the audience and adjust so that everyone understands
Soft Skills Required
