Base Salary: $100,000+ + package (OTE Earnings $250-300,000 per annum)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver sales for HVAC service & maintenance agreements, equipment replacements and quotations
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to build positive relationships to generate future sales
Collaborate with operations and internal teams for excellent customer outcomes. Partner with other sales divisions for new projects and accounts.
Maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities, achieve new order/booking and profit goals consistently.
Key Qualifications
3-5 years of sales experience within HVAC or Mechanical engineering
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Desirable to have working relationships with distributors in the HVAC industry
Technical aptitude and ability to understand equipment specifications
