Position Summary At Cyberwolf, Sales drive deals, manage key customer relationships and help close strategic opportunities with prospects. You are directly responsible for educating prospects, facilitating product demos, and onboarding members into the Cyberwolf protection. In your role, you’ll interact with leadership teams, security executives, family officers, private banks, and UHNW families to hear their questions or concerns, build trust, and present solutions.
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product experience, our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
You are a warm-hearted, integer professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
You proactively identify, contact, and close new business opportunities with large corporations (>$500mio revenues) or wealthy families (>$20mio net worth), through outbound efforts, referrals and industry events.
You drive and own the full sales process. From prospecting, lead generation through negotiation and closing of high-value deals, in targeted and strategic verticals.
You build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, with consistent follow-up and timely progress in the sales funnel.
You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies’ key stakeholders (IT/InfoSec Directors, CEOs, C-levels, Board of Directors, ... ) with the full support of your colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer care.
You build trusted relationships with C-level executives and take responsibility to grow and close your pipeline. You’re committed to get the job done and let us know what support you need so we can deliver the best possible experience, and make you shine.
You are there to help Members prepare for the service, you are present at their onboarding, and you catch up with customers or help answer questions along the
You manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upsell.
Qualifications
You have around 7-10 years of experience.
You have a strong background in B2B sales, with experience in closing high-value, complex deals.
You have strong interpersonal skills, is an excellent presenter, with strong
You are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
You have strong negotiation and closing skills.
You can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growing market.
You are a team player.
Experience in the luxury or premium service industry is a plus.
