Job Description The Inside Sales Representative will be the initial point of contact for new manufactured home community partners and dealerships. The role involves high-volume outreach, virtual training sessions, and strategic follow-ups to move partnerships through the pipeline.
Responsibilities
Make 40+ calls daily to prospects
Conduct virtual training sessions with partners
Manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting
Nurture relationships leading to loan applications
Collaborate cross-functionally with Territory Managers
Qualifications
Experience:
1–2 years in inside sales or call center roles
Outbound calling, lead management, virtual presentations
Bonus: Experience in real estate, auto finance, or account executive/manager roles
Soft Skills:
Sales-driven, organized, adaptable, great communicator, relationship-builder
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
PE-backed, high-growth lender with clear paths for advancement
Strong commission upside (up to $70K+ per year)
