What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the patient onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken
Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide competitive comparisons
Collaborate with reimbursement and field sales teams to ensure patient leads progress
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diabetes, or consumer products)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
