Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Katy, TX. As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary duties will include managing customer accounts, generating leads, building relationships, and handling customer inquiries to drive satisfaction. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company’s sales goals. We have a very positive culture and a team environment. Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, with a proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
Skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
