We design and manufacture in our facility in Bradenton Florida (made in the USA) innovative solutions that make maintenance safer, smarter, and more connected — helping organizations prevent failure, reduce risk, and protect their people.
IRISS has its headquarters in the U.S. with operations across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and India. At our core is a simple idea with profound impact: We Humanize Safety. That means creating products and technologies that are not only advanced, but intuitive, empowering, and designed with people in mind.
We’re shaping the future of how industries work — and how workers stay safe.
Why Join IRISS? At IRISS, you’re not just joining a company — you’re joining a movement.
We’re a rapidly expanding global market leader with a startup mindset. That means big ideas, fast momentum, and real opportunity to shape what comes next.
