Job Description
In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly influence Honeywell's position in the industry.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer relationships, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc.
You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops.
You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.
Travel from 50-75%.
Qualifications The annual base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $133,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical sales on business aviation experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
