Sales activity for regional branding build up
Knows well about SMT/ Semiconductor market in management region, list out target big accounts in this region. Develop & identify new opportunities through deeply and proactively communication with end customers & channels, driving revenue, market share and margins.
Attending market events & shows for presenting of our product for brand building.
Building and develop strategic partner relationship.
Regional market analysis and reporting
Analyzes market data reports, collaborates internally and networks information to uncover competitive markets, incremental opportunities, analyze and report on issues surrounding loss of business opportunities, provide timely, accurate & complete sales report and forecasts, attend required sales conference calls. Give thorough market feedback to management.
Attends industry functions, events, conference, and provide feedback and information on market and trends.
Product Knowledge
Maintain a high level of product technical knowledge and competitive product awareness.
Maintain awareness of changes in technologies and communicate this knowledge on to your dealers /customers.
Develops unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Channel development and support
Knows well about our products and end customer’s process, can initiate value proposition and act as pre-sales and help channel penetrate into big accounts by demo and presentation.
Conducts demonstrations, sales training, service training to create awareness, and to drive solution sales
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's in engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical, Electrical / Electronic, Industrial) or equivalent, or other related majors;
Prefer working and management experience in SMT related equipment sales; having rich knowledge of SMT equipment, technology, and management.
Business development experience, including prospecting and new account development
Sales enthusiast who enjoys self-challenge; proactive; goal-oriented; self-driven
