We are representing a fast‑growing, innovative medical device company specializing in advanced spinal fusion technologies. We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to own the Texas territory and drive growth from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with a commercially focused approach and strong credibility in hospital systems.

Position Overview This is a full ownership, hunter-style role:

Territory: Entire state of Texas

Travel: 50%

Focus: Develop accounts, penetrate key hospitals, and grow surgical volume

Product: Minimally invasive spinal devices used in fusion procedures

This is not a “maintain accounts” role, the expectation is to grow, expand, and establish new relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Texas territory end-to-end with a hunter mentality

Build density and market share city by city

Establish relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital procurement

Navigate competitive landscapes using established credibility with hospital systems

Collaborate with partner reps where relevant

Execute a strategic sales plan while managing multiple hospital systems

Ideal Candidate You are:

Proven in spine or adjacent medical device sales

Experienced in opening and building territories independently

Comfortable with a large, competitive territory

Mentally tough, resilient, and highly motivated

Organized and self-directed

Strong in relationship-building, not just transactional sales
