The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the triaging and resolution of patient service requests. Patient service requests include, but are not limited to, supplemental orders and their shipments. This position will also process specialty or custom order exceptions.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Triage and coordinate patient product return requests
Triage and coordinate supplemental order requests
Arrange pick-ups for patient product as necessary
Responsible for facilitating and generating prescriptions with custom protocols
Responsible for facilitating treatment change requests
Run Audit reports and resolve any discrepancies
Perform all job duties while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA
Responsible for outreach for shipment for supplemental orders including self-pay or co-pay discussions.
Education & Experience Required:
2 years customer service experience in an office environment
Preferred:
Previous medical device or healthcare industry experience
Previous Filemaker experience
Knowledge & Skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
