Collaborates effectively with a team of Account Managers to share insurance expertise and support client needs in CAT‑exposed areas such as coastal lines, convective storms, and tornado‑prone regions
Utilizes detailed risk expertise to perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics, marketing and negotiating coverage, and making recommendations to client across product lines
Establishes and monitors growth and retention strategies, cultivates and expands client relationships, provides creative solutions, resolves client issues, and accepts ultimate responsibility for results with consistent integrity.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
