About The Role The Commercial Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition and generating revenue growth within the commercial (SMB/mid-market) segment. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and territory planning to closing — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that solve real customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory, focusing on pipeline generation and new business opportunities.

Research and identify target accounts while building relationships with key decision-makers.

Conduct engaging virtual and in-person presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of the company’s SaaS platform.

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Development, and Product) to ensure seamless execution of deals.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive differentiators.

Own the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal close, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales as an Account Executive.

Proven success in new business / full-cycle sales and consistently exceeding targets.

Experience managing fast-moving sales cycles (typically 60–120 days).

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence IT and senior business leaders.

Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

Background selling to IT departments or within ITSM, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience — practical expertise and drive are equally valued.
