This position is located onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI.

The

Insurance Account Manager

will be responsible for administering and servicing a comprehensive range of insurance products offered through Franchisee Insurance. Key responsibilities include selling, renewing, endorsing, and maintaining insurance programs across multiple lines. The position also serves as the first point of contact for telephone claim intake and inquiries related to insurance questions across all available programs. Exceptional accuracy, prompt service delivery, and a high standard of professionalism are essential to ensuring a positive experience for all franchisees.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all underwriting, renewing, quoting, and policy issuance activities for the franchisee insurance programs.

Develop comprehensive information and recommendations for prospective accounts, prepare and present proposals, and ensure all new business is written in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

Process requests for insurance documentation—including auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, and state‑specific forms—with same‑day turnaround.

Prepare and process policy cancellations in compliance with all applicable state regulations, including required reasons and time frames for each policy type.

Assist in the planning and execution of the annual Snap‑on Franchisee Conference. Responsibilities include coordinating and shipping conference materials, developing marketing material, and representing the organization by providing in‑person insurance consultations to franchisees during the event. Travel is required.

Qualifications

Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses or willing to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days of hire:

CISR - Certified Insurance Service Representative

CPCU - Certified Property Casualty Underwriter

Comfortable and proficient with phone and face‑to‑face customer contact

Participate in seminars and classes to meet continuing education requirements

Excellent computer skills with knowledge of agency systems, proficient in Excel, Word, and Web based programs

Strong problem solving ability in order to complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines

Self‑starter with the ability to work independently

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

3+ years of Insurance agency experience
