
Job Overview
Wolverine Fire Protection is expanding in Las Vegas and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help grow our local fire sprinkler and life safety operations. This role will focus on developing new business, strengthening relationships with general contractors and developers, and building a strong sales presence in the Las Vegas market.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Drive new business across Las Vegas and surrounding markets
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, and industry partners
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Lead and support local sales efforts while coordinating closely with operations
Ensure smooth project handoff from sales to project management
Requirements
Proven ability to close work and grow accounts
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years sales experience (fire protection or construction preferred)
Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas construction market
Clear driving record and ability to maintain it
High School/GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
Travel
Travel within the Las Vegas metro area
