Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a local uniform service company that is in need of an Account Executive to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for outside sales as well as the full sales-cycle from prospecting to close. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify potential customers.

Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage with prospects.

Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing relevant information and solutions.

Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the uniform rental industry or related field.

Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
