What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and maintain strong relationships with the long-term care (LTC) resident care team, including healthcare professionals and facility staff
Promote products by delivering compliant education tailored to customer needs
Identify and address customer questions and concerns using advanced selling skills
Develop and execute quarterly territory business/action plans to maximize impact within budget
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business needs and represent the employer at industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare; neuroscience preferred for Sales Specialist role
Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience for Senior Specialist role; 12 years for Executive Specialist role
Proven leadership, mentorship, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel independently, including up to 80% travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the neuroscience field
Familiarity with LTC market dynamics and payer systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms
Strong business acumen and self-motivation
Ability to influence diverse healthcare professional audiences
