
Drive membership sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals
Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize lead flow and conversion
Monitor, track, and report sales KPIs with monthly performance reviews alongside the studio owner
Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Advisors
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support sales team success
Create a positive, high-energy culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and results
Build strong relationships with members and the local community to promote retention and referrals
Implement follow-up systems to enhance member satisfaction and engagement
Partner with the Marketing and Operations Director to execute local outreach, community events, and partnerships
Support the long-term financial health of the studio through intelligent, data-driven decision-making
