They have recently expanded their operations into the United States and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales team. Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a remote team of technical sales specialists, including conducting weekly one-on-ones, coaching on deal strategy, and modeling strong negotiation and technical storytelling skills. The Regional Sales Manager will be a player coach, responsible for driving new business within the Northeast territory (Virginia through Maine) by actively prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals. The Regional Territory Manager must be comfortable working in technical environment and communicating with engineers, project managers and construction managers. Requirements
3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Construction space 2+ Years leading a remote / field based sales team in a highly structured KPI-based sales environment Experience in concrete, civil engineering, construction technology, or a related industry is highly preferred Location
This is a field-based work environment where candidates must live in the
Northeast Region
and be willing to travel to meet clients throughout their territory as well as nationally to support their team as needed; Travel 25-50% anticipated Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the US and Canada is required
