CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, acquired Weights & Biases to create the most powerful end-to-end platform to develop, deploy, and iterate AI faster. Since 2017, CoreWeave has operated a growing footprint of data centers covering every region of the US and across Europe, and was ranked as one of the TIME100 most influential companies of 2024. By bringing together CoreWeave’s industry-leading cloud infrastructure with the best‑in‑class tools AI practitioners know and love from Weights & Biases, we’re setting a new standard for how AI is built, trained, and scaled. The integration of our teams and technologies is accelerating our shared mission: to empower developers with the tools and infrastructure they need to push the boundaries of what AI can do. From experiment tracking and model optimization to high‑performance training clusters, agent building, and inference at scale, we’re combining forces to serve the full AI lifecycle—all in one seamless platform. Weights & Biases has long been trusted by over 1,500 organizations— including AstraZeneca, Canva, Cohere, OpenAI, Meta, Snowflake, Square, Toyota, and Wayve—to build better models, AI agents and applications. Now, as part of CoreWeave, that impact is amplified across a broader ecosystem of AI innovators, researchers, and enterprises. As we unite under one vision, we’re looking for bold thinkers and agile builders who are excited to shape the future of AI alongside us. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of software, hardware, and AI, there’s never been a more exciting time to join our team.

What You’ll Do The Account Manager owns the commercial and relationship aspects of the post‑sales journey across a portfolio of Digital Native and select Enterprise customers. You will drive renewals, identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure customers achieve measurable adoption outcomes with Weights & Biases (W&B). You’ll partner closely with Field Engineering (FE)—who leads technical success—while you lead the commercial motions including renewal execution, usage‑to‑value alignment, growth pipeline creation, and multi‑threaded stakeholder engagement.

Own renewals, upsells, and cross‑sales across your assigned accounts.

Build and maintain detailed account plans including account maps, whitespace, usage trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Generate growth pipeline by identifying new use cases, teams, and product opportunities within existing accounts.

About The Role You will own renewals and lead commercial execution across your assigned accounts, including identifying and closing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. You will partner closely with Field Engineering (FE) while running the commercial motions: renewal execution, usage‑to‑value alignment, growth pipeline creation, and multi‑threaded stakeholder engagement. You will maintain detailed account plans (account maps, whitespace, usage trends, risks, and growth opportunities) and maintain weekly forecasting accuracy and CRM hygiene across renewals and growth motions. This role requires comfort engaging highly technical personas (ML engineers, researchers, PhDs) and operating with autonomy in a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem; it is not a playbook‑driven role.

Who You Are

Based in the Bay Area (San Francisco, Peninsula, South Bay) strongly preferred; secondary options: New York City or Northern NJ.

6+ years in B2B/SaaS customer‑facing roles commercializing technical products.

3+ years in a quota‑carrying Account Management, Sales, or Renewals role owning post‑sales outcomes.

Strong, genuine interest in AI/ML and the evolving machine learning ecosystem.

High technical and product curiosity; comfortable speaking with developers, ML engineers, and researchers.

Proven ability to drive growth motions (upsells, cross‑sales) and manage retention in technical accounts.

Strong operational discipline: forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, renewal cadence management.

Thrives in ambiguity; able to self‑direct and operate independently without detailed playbooks.

Preferred

Experience working with ML, MLOps, DevOps, or data infrastructure teams.

Familiarity with Git, Jupyter, Python, PyTorch, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience designing or executing account activation or expansion strategies.

Exposure to AI‑native companies, model builders, or generative AI workflows.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams—even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

You love owning renewals and growth motions while building multi‑threaded stakeholder relationships.

You’re curious about AI/ML and enjoy learning quickly in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.

You’re an expert in operating with strong discipline across account plans, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to drive commercial outcomes.
