What You'll Do:

Handle

inbound/outbound calls

and follow up with warm leads generated through multiple marketing campaigns

Consult with prospective clients

to evaluate their financial situation and offer tailored debt relief options

Enroll clients in suitable programs and help them begin their path to financial recovery

Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track follow-up opportunities

Commit to learning and improving as a consultative closer

What We Offer:

Base pay starting at $20/hour

Uncapped commission

with agents earning over $100,000 annually

Requirements What You'll Bring:

1+ years of consultative sales experience

(required)

1+ years in financial services sales

(preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High motivation and goal orientation

CRM experience and basic tech proficiency

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

a plus, but not required

Ability to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ

This position is in‑office 5 days per week
