We are seeking a Sales Counselor who is relationship‑driven, results‑oriented, and energized by the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of growth.

Position: Sales Counselor The Sales Counselor at Eden Vista Prospect Heights will be a key part of our team, responsible for managing and growing our Assisted Living and Memory Care census. This position will require a combination of relationship‑building skills, organizational expertise, and knowledge of industry requirements for admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Interaction: Engage with prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information on our Assisted Living and Memory Care services.

Conducting Tours: Lead engaging and informative tours of the community, ensuring potential residents and their families understand the benefits of living at Eden Vista.

Effective Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, inquiries, follow‑ups, and other sales activities.

Team Collaboration: Work with interdepartmental teams, including care and operations staff, to evaluate prospective residents and ensure smooth admissions processes.

Admissions Documentation: Oversee the allocation and proper filing of documentation required for admissions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and state regulations.

Sales & Marketing: Assist with planning and execution of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and community events aimed at increasing visibility and occupancy.

Event Planning: Support ongoing community outreach efforts by organizing events to attract prospects and engage current residents.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Sales/Census Experience in Assisted Living (AL) or Memory Care (MC): Proven experience in sales or census management in a senior living environment.

Organized & Multitasker: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.

CRM Experience: Familiarity with sales/admissions CRM systems and ability to manage and track sales activities efficiently.

Knowledge of Illinois Move‑in Requirements: Comprehensive understanding of the regulations and paperwork necessary for Assisted Living/Memory Care admissions in Illinois.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospective residents, families, and professionals.

Weekend Availability: Flexibility to cover weekend shifts and sales activities as needed.
