Nova Biomedical is a global leading supplier of analytical instruments, consumables and test kits for the clinical, biopharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. The Instrument Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a critical role in driving pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue execution across key biopharma accounts in North America. This opportunity can be located remotely in the U.S. or Canada and is not transactional. It is a consultative, revenue-generating position that partners closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Product Management, Marketing, and Service to ensure strong pipeline health and commercial execution. The ISR drives inbound and outbound lead engagement, qualifies opportunities, supports quoting and deal progression, and maintains a strong funnel for field sales. This role is key to scaling revenue and supporting strategic account growth. The Sales Representative sells the Artel Bio Liquid Handling Verification portfolio within the assigned territory and is responsible for meeting sales and profit goals. Revenue & Funnel Generation

Own inbound and outbound lead engagement for assigned territory and product portfolio(s), including rapid response to web leads, marketing campaigns, events, and service-generated opportunities. Develop, qualify, and advance sales opportunities through structured discovery, needs assessment, and consultative dialogue. Execute targeted outbound prospecting and multi-touch cadences to generate new pipeline, expand existing accounts, revive dormant opportunities, and accelerate stalled deals. Partner with Key Account Managers to ensure continuous funnel coverage, effective opportunity handoff, and deal progression while field sales are traveling or focused on closing activities. Support all stages of the sales cycle, including qualification, demonstrations coordination, quoting, follow-up, negotiation support, and post-sale engagement. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations in collaboration with field sales, product management, and service teams. Maintain strong product, application, and competitive knowledge to position solutions effectively and address customer objections. Build trusted relationships with customer procurement teams to streamline purchasing and approval processes. Systems, Process & Forecasting

Leverage CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,etc.) to manage pipeline, execute outreach, and maintain accurate customer and opportunity data. Provide timely, accurate pipeline updates and forecasting for assigned territory and opportunities. Maintain disciplined account and time management practices to maximize productivity and responsiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up strategies. Partner with Service and Aftermarket teams to identify expansion opportunities, service-to-instrument conversion opportunities, and installed-base growth. Collaborate with Product Management to communicate customer feedback, application insights, and competitive intelligence. Professional Contribution

Represent Advanced Instruments professionally with customers, peers, and internal stakeholders. Participate in regional, national, or virtual trade shows, webinars, and customer events as requested. Contribute to a positive, high-performance sales culture through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for in you

Minimum 2+ years of sales or related experience (inside sales, business development, or account support preferred). Experience in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, medical devices, analytical instrumentation, SaaS strongly preferred. High level of comfort with sales technology and enablement platforms (CRM required; outreach platforms a strong plus). Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support field sales teams effectively. Degree in Sciences or Business, preferably Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Requirements for this role include:
