About the Role: The Residential Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue within the organization. In this position you will motivate, mentor and coach your team to exceed sales quotas and deliver a great customer experience.
Kinetics Outbound Supervisors are vital team members who represent our leading telecommunications brand that connects homeowners, small business, enterprise, and carrier partners across the United States.
This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.
Work hours Mon to Fri, 12pm - 9pm ET, Sat's, 9am to 6pm ET, Off on Sun and either Wed or Thurs.
What You’ll Do:
Coach and mentor a team of Residential Outbound Sales Executives
Consistently drive the team to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas
Monitor key call performance indicators to ensure agents are meeting expectations
Drive morale through team huddles to recognize performance, set goals and motivate team members
Conduct agent coaching sessions focused on improving agent sales strategies, following calling scripting, overcoming objections, closing a sale etc.
Work directly with management to set goals, improve process, and grow our sales team
Develop reps through weekly coaching sessions and performance evaluations
Actively engaged in rep development by participating in the Leadership Development Program
Identify opportunities to improve processes and best practices
Do You Have?
Experience leading and motivating a team to foster teamwork and exceptional customer service.
Able to coach others to improve sales and productivity.
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
College degree and 2-4 years job related experience (customer service and sales experience); or 6+ years equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related experience required.
Experience managing an outbound sales team, preferred.
